Characteristics
Pre-melted refining slag is a new auxiliary product developed for low-S, low-N steel grades. Composed primarily of A302 and 12CaO calcium-aluminate compounds (>90% content) with an activity coefficient over 70.
Features: fast melting, low gas content, high activity, rapid slag formation, early appearance of white slag, good fluidity. Absorbs most deoxidation / desulfurization products in molten steel — shortening refining time, reducing cost, and purifying steel composition.

Usage
- Add with steel flow during tapping, or weigh-add at the refining furnace position.
- Consumption: 1–2 kg per ton of steel.
- Packing material and unit weight per customer requirement.
- Store and transport with waterproof, rain-proof, moisture-proof measures; keep in dry, ventilated warehouse.
